Ms. Catherine Wilsbach, P.E., Vice President Vartan Group Inc.
“Land Development Case Study – Susquehanna Union Green”
The Section welcomes Ms. Wilsbach as she discusses the Susquehanna Union Green Project. The Land Development Project was in the first in Central PA to be zoned as a Traditional Neighborhood Development and has integrated sustainable land development practices throughout the 58-acre mixed use development including floodplain restoration, high density residential, and shared parking. With construction starting in the fall of 2020, Ms. Wilsbach will share the Vartan Group’s development process from zoning to master planning, land development, and construction approvals as well as their vision for future phases.
