The Section welcomes Mr. Patrick Wright of Pennoni. Mr. Wright will provide information related to ADA transition plans. This presentation will clarify your obligations related to the Americans with Disabilities Act, which prohibits discrimination because of disability. This presentation will review development of an ADA transition plan (or self-evaluation for small communities), including the required components, and will explore resources that can help develop a plan
