Webinar on Quality Management During Design and Construction

The ASCE Cincinnati Section will sponsor a National ASCE Webinar on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.  The webinar will be on Quality Management During Design and Construction. ASCE Cincinnati Section members can attend without a fee but must register with the Section before 5:00 PM on Friday, May 8, 2020. 

Registration information. Members interested in attending this webinar should send an email to [email protected].  The email must include your name and email address.  The Cincinnati Section will register Section attendees with ASCE National and provide Webinar login information during the morning of the Webinar.   Webinar attendees will be eligible for one PDH.  After the webinar, attendees can log into their ASCE account and obtain a PDH certificate by entering the order number.

Webinar System Requirements.  An internet connection, web browser, and Adobe Flash Player 13 or greater are needed to attend the live webinar using Adobe Connect. Attendees must be ASCE Members.  The total number of attendees is limited. So please register early if you want to reserve a spot.

Webinar Summary.  The webinar instructor will be: Donald G. Archer, P.E., M. ASCE.  This webinar will increase your awareness of quality management and introduce new concepts on how to implement a successful quality management program in a design organization.  Engineers are taking on more responsibility with less experience and expected to produce high quality products. Therefore, it is essential that organizations strengthen their design controls to assure that quality products are ready for construction.  More information about the Webinar is available at:
