The 2003 Colorado Infrastructure Report Card is intended, in part, to be a model for follow-up evaluations statewide and on the county and municipal level. One of the recurring findings among all sectors of infrastructure was a less-than-expected awareness of conditions and future needs. Organized and methodical record-keeping was not the norm. This Report Card attempts to close that gap so that we know what we are dealing with and can respond appropriately.
