The Dayton Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers is hosting its Fall Seminar at Montgomery County Water Services 1850 Spaulding Road on Thursday, November 2, 2017.
Highlights of this year’s seminar include issues related to Emergency Response to Natural Disasters.
