About Active Members
Active members are those who in good standing of any grade of the ASCE, of any nationality, whose addresses are within the boundaries of Hong Kong and China, as evidenced by the payment of current dues of the Section. All active members shall be eligible to hold office of any nature with the Section and shall be eligible to vote in Section elections.
About Non-active Members
All member are those who in good standing of ASCE residing within the boundaries of Hong Kong and China, who elect not to pay the Section dues, will be considered as non-active members of the Section. All non-active members shall not be eligible to hold office of any nature within the Section and shall not be eligible to vote in Section elections.
About Affiliated Members
Not a regular ASCE member, but like to participate and involve in Section's activities.
