ASCE YM Coat Drive (12/12/2005 - 12/16/2005)

2nd Annual ASCE Younger Members’ Winter Coat Drive

Monday, December 12th - Friday, December 16th

For our holiday community service project, the Younger Members of ASCE have decided to participate in a Winter Coat Drive. Along with helping the Salvation Army provide warm coats to Kansas City residents, this will be a fun competition between the participating engineering firms. The drive will last for one week and coats, winter apparel, and blankets (new or used) will be collected. Cash donations will also be accepted and donated to the Salvation Army.

• Coat Drive will be held from 12/12/05 to 12/16/05
• Send out email announcing coat drive to your company before Friday, 12/2
• Hang Fliers around office about Coat Drive-Fliers should include date, ASCE YMG, and list of items needed.
• Decorate and place collection boxes before Friday, 12/9
• Remember to get permission from HR/Office leaders concerning fliers/collection boxes
• Count up total of received donations on Friday at 5:00. Give list to Sarah
• Deliver coats to Sarah on Friday evening/Saturday morning to be taken to Salvation Army
