Another beautiful summer day for our event and the 90 golfers that attended our event.  Thanks to our  34 sponsors this has been the greatest fund raiser yet for our student scholarship fund.  This year’s golfers were handed an ASCE logo golf towel, Airway Meadows divot tool, tees and ball markers along with rules, tip sheets and a schedule of the day’s event.  The previous weeks monsoon like rain left the course a bit wet and required a cart path only rule for carts and dictated pin placements.  Still a great place to play golf and benefit our scholarship program.  See you in 2009, I promise a better event with more prizes, competition, food and beverages!
