The new Charlotte Transportation Center (CTC) in downtown Charlotte is a unique, multi-functional transit facility with numerous customer amenities. The 93,200 square-foot facility serves as the main terminal and transfer facility for Charlotte's public transportation system. The facility has two enclosed pavilions with numerous features, including restaurants, walk-in medical facility, full-service bank and transit information center. A third, open-air, covered pavilion houses 20 inside bays and four outside bays for buses.
