The Multi-Society Meeting: "Plan B" = Make Plan A Work, Resilience is a Requirement
Resilience (and resiliency) has become a hot topic in the planning and development of projects in both the public and private spheres. But what do we mean by resilience? If resiliency is the ability to bend and bounce back from upset conditions, how far do we expect to ‘flex’? How often? What types of “upsets”? The panel discussion will look at resilence from both the 'big picture' and 'nitty gritty' details.
