Rochester March for Science

Saturday, April 22, 2017 - 09:30 AM
March for Science

The Rochester March for Science is one of almost 400 satellite events that are being held to humanize scientists, engage the public and advocate for scientifically driven policy making. The march will have three aspects to it. First, there will be a rally at Martin Luther King Jr. Park followed by a march through down town Rochester. The march will end at the Hyatt ballroom where we will be hosting a science expo. The expo will have talks similar to TED presentations on the benefits of science. The Expo will have interactive demonstrations of science. There will be events targeting all ages, since all ages can use science.

If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to contact them directly, review our website https://www.rocmarchforscience.org/ or look for them on facebook.
