PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY:
Clifford (Cliff) Webster has represented a variety of businesses and professional trade associations before the state legislature.
Ten times Webster was named a Super Lawyer in legislative and governmental affairs. No attorney-lobbyist has been recognized as a Super Lawyer more often.
Cliff has led advocacy efforts for the Architects and Engineers Legislative Council (AELC) for over 30 years.
PRESENTATION SUMMARY:
“Outlook on the 2020 Legislative Session”
The presentation will focus on:
- Government contracting
- Qui Tam Lawsuits
- Small Agency Implementation
The ASCE Seattle Section meets monthly from September through June in the Seattle metropolitan area. Meetings are normally held on the second Wednesday of the month.

Early bird rates end after January 1st. Younger Member Group rates apply to engineers under 35 for both members and non-members.
