Sustainability Committee Swale on Yale & Ales Event

Friday, October 18, 2019 - 01:00 PM

For Seattle Public Utilities’ (SPU's) projects, there’s often more benefit than meets the eye. Such is the case for the Swale on Yale , a green stormwater infrastructure project started in 2012 and now in its second phase. Join us to learn about the innovative public-private partnership project, where we review the project's sustainability!

Following the tour, we will head indoors to Feierabend - a German pub that also serves locally sourced food - located at the project site.  Join us following the tour and appeteizers are on ASCE.

This event is free, but please RSVP to guarantee we will be prepared for the tour and can provide Feierabend our head count.
