The Younger Member Activities Committee will be responsible for all Younger Member (35 years or younger) activities of the Section. The Committee chair shall be appointed by the President; the Board contact member will be the President-Elect.

Responsibilities of the Committee include:

· Arranging for meeting of Younger Members.

· Coordinating Younger Member activities of the Section with those of National ASCE, Zone IV, and PNC.

· Facilitating the exchange of information from the Younger Member group to and from the Section, National ASCE, Zone IV, and PNC.

· Preparing a budget for the Younger Members group and submitting it to the Board of Directors, by September 1.

· It is expected that the Younger Members group will send a representative to the Zone IV Younger Members Annual Meeting.

· Contact member for the student chapter at Saint Martins College.

· Advise the Board of Directors on younger member areas of interest.
