2025 ASCE Report Card for West Virginia’s Infrastructure Release
on Wednesday, December 17, at 10:00 a.m. in the Lower Rotunda of the State Capitol.
This year’s report evaluates 18 categories of infrastructure, making West Virginia the first state to release a full 18-chapter report card!
The program will feature remarks from the ASCE WV Section Infrastructure Report Card Committee, WV Division of Highways,
WV Department of Environmental Protection, the Contractors Association of West Virginia, and ASCE Society President Marsha Anderson Bomar.
