Apply to attend ASCE’s 2026 Legislative Fly-In, held in-person in Washington, D.C., from March 18 – 20, 2026. Attendees will hone their advocacy in championing pro-infrastructure policy by learning from industry and thought leaders before meeting with Members of Congress and senior legislative staff. Network with fellow civil engineering experts from around the U.S. and strengthen leadership skills you can bring back to the workplace.
