Program: MURPHY’S LAW AND LANCASTER COUNTY: THE SR 1019 STORY.

Join us as we discuss The Caernarvon Road Bridge Replacement Project, a bridge replacement project for PennDOT District 8-0. Learn how even the simplest of scoped projects can evolve as conditions come to light.  This project will review various design decisions, their revisions, and the overall timeline.
