PA State Police Academy Tour

Hello ASCE Members,

We are thrilled to invite you to join Central PA ASCE on Tuesday, December 16^th at 7:30 AM for a construction tour of the Pennsylvania State Police Academy in Hershey, PA , hosted by Wohlsen construction. The State Police Academy project is an overhaul of the entire Academy campus, consisting of 34 buildings over 4 and a half years, which began at the start of 2024. Currently, unitized curtainwall is being installed around the main Marquee building, with several other buildings underway at various stages of construction.

The event will begin with a presentation by members of the project team, followed by a guided walk through of the site. There will be time for questions and answers, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the project in detail. All attendees must be ASCE members.

Specific parking directions will be provided to tour attendees closer to the day of the event

Earn 1.0 PDH credit

For your safety, each participant must wear closed-toed (not necessarily steel-toed) shoes with ankle support, and long pants. Hard hats and safety glasses must also be worn, but they will be available on site if needed. Parking instructions will be provided to attendees prior to the event.
