Presenter: Mr. Mike Borchers - Arcadis
Mr. Mike Borchers is an experienced water industry professional with a background in utility
management; financial and rate analyses; strategic planning; and utility transactions. His career includes
five years as a U.S. Army Officer, and 20 years in the water industry helping clients across the U.S. to
provide quality water service more effectively and efficiently to their customers. He has a Bachelor of
Science degree in Environmental Engineering from United States Military Academy, West Point, and a
Master of Business Administration degree with concentration in Finance from Ohio University. Mr.
Borchers is located in Arcadis’ Indianapolis, IN office.
