Topic: Mentoring

Mentoring has tremendous benefits for mentees, mentors and organizations that can be tracked through statistics and personal stories. Bethy has been involved in some form of mentoring throughout her 16 year career through company and professional organization programs and recently chaired a committee that created a structured mentoring program for HDR WA. In this presentation she will unpack the benefits of mentoring and how to better capture those benefits as an individual and as an organization. Bethy will also be joined by colleagues and past mentors to help her share personal stories and best practices for forming relationships, structuring meetings and building a community of mentoring. This will be an interactive event, so you can share your stories of mentoring.
