TN Section 2027 Annual Meeting
The ASCE TN Section's 2027 Annual Meeting is coming up! Earn up to 7 PDHs at the one-day meeting on Friday, Feb. 12th, at the Smyrna Event Center. This is an opportunity to network and interact with other people in our industry, including college students. Included this year is a welcome reception on Thursday, Feb. 11th, and an optional site visit is also included (first come, first serve)! The agenda is forthcoming.
To help us plan accordingly, please indicate which track you expect to attend most frequently so we can accommodate the anticipated number of participants in your registration.
Registration Rates: Early Bird pricing is available through December 15, 2026. Registration rates will increase by $50 on December 16, 2026, and by an additional $50 on February 1, 2027, through the conference date or until the event sells out.
Pricing and Payment Policy: Registration pricing is based on the date payment is received. Payment must be received by the applicable pricing deadline to qualify for Early Bird or Regular rates. Registrations remaining unpaid after a pricing deadline will be adjusted to the current registration rate. Refund requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the conference. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event or for no-shows.

Sponsors can support a particular conference track, with their logo displayed on signage for that session. This is ideal for aligning your brand with a targeted audience segment.
