SENIOR BRIDGE ENGINEER

Currently, we are seeking a Bridge Engineer. See below for additional information concerning this position:
Responsibilities:
• Perform design and analysis of concrete and steel bridge structures
• Ensure plans, specifications, and cost estimates are in accordance with PennDOT criteria and AASHTO guidelines
• Supervise and mentor other engineers and technicians with respect to design calculations and details
• Conduct independent design, QA/QC, and load ratings for bridge structures
• Investigate design alternatives for both technical & economic impact
• Provide technical guidance and supervisory support, while managing clients and projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required / Master’s Degree is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (Pennsylvania Preferred)
- Ability to work on fast-paced design-build projects and pursuits
• Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Knowledge of MicroStation/CADD, STAAD, and PennDOT’s Structural Design Software Programs
• PennDOT experience is required
