Project Tour & Game Night Social

Come join your fellow Life Members, Past Presidents, Younger Members, Section Board members, and committee chairs for a fun and engaging social mixer.  We will tour The Levee residential, retail, and dining redevelopment project at 1 Upper Falls Road on the bank of the Saco River in Biddeford.  We will follow that with a game night social mixer at the nearby Pint & Pawn (above Blaze Brewing) with light fare provided and beverages for purchase.  Pint & Pawn has over 100 different board and card games to choose from including long time favorites such as cribbage, chess, Trivial Pursuit, Skip-Bo, Scrabble, Monopoly, and Connect Four. https://thepintandpawn.com/

There is a parking garage at 15 Pearl Street with contactless payment options ($2/hr): https://www.premiumparking.com/P4301.  On-street parking is very limited. For those not going on the tour and joining the fun later, there is a small amount of parking at Blaze Brewing/Pint & Pawn at 28 Pearl Street.  This area is adjacent to the previous MERC site.

Schedule:

• 3:15pm – Meet in front of the 15 Pearl Street parking garage to walk over to Upper Falls Road.  If you are running late, meet us at 1 Upper Falls Road at NE corner of the building.
• 3:30pm – Arrive at the Levee redevelopment project at 1 Upper Falls Road near the intersection of Upper Falls Road & Elm St (Route 1).
• 5:00pm – Wrap up tour and walk back to Pint & Pawn at 28 Pearl Street.
• 5:30pm-6:00pm – Announcements & Mingling/Teaming @ Pint & Pawn
• 6:00pm-8:00pm – Gaming, Eating, Beverages @ Pint & Pawn

Hard hats & boots PPE required.  We’ll have a few extra hard hats.
