Come join ASCE as we tour the active Rock Row construction site in Westbrook. The 100-acre development will feature
over 2 million square feet of commercial, residential, and hospitality space. The project will include 400,000 square feet of
Class A office space, a 100,000-square-foot medical and wellness campus, and 450,000 square feet of retail, featuring a mix
of 20-plus restaurants, from fast casual to gourmet dining, as well as shops, interactive experiences, and a movie theater.
Additionally, Rock Row will offer 1,000 apartments, a versatile entertainment and conference center with over 5,000 seats,
and an 8,200-person concert venue. Ian Mackinnon with Jones & Beach Engineering and Adam St. Michel with Shaw Brothers
will walk the group through the site and discuss the current phase that is under construction. Please bring your hard hat,
safety vest, and steel toed boots. We will follow up with all registrants with an aerial showing the parking and meeting
locations.
