Please join us for the release of the 2026 Report Card for South Carolina’s Infrastructure.

On Tuesday, September 22, at 10:00 a.m., the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) will release the 2026 Report Card for South Carolina’s Infrastructure. The Report Card provides a comprehensive assessment of the condition and performance of the State’s infrastructure, developed by professional engineers from across South Carolina.

The Report Card is intended to inform South Carolinians about the state of the infrastructure they rely on every day and help spur conversation and action around infrastructure investment and policy. It serves as an important advocacy tool to highlight infrastructure needs, encourage investment, and advance policies that strengthen South Carolina’s infrastructure.

The release event will take place at 10:00 a.m. inside the main lobby of the South Carolina State House in Columbia, South Carolina. 

The event will feature insights from ASCE leaders and infrastructure experts, with additional participants from the City of Columbia and the State of South Carolina to be announced.
