EVENT DETAIL

Due to the on-going spike in positive COVID-19 cases, the Planning Committee made the difficult decision to postpone the Geo Carolinas 2021.  The Planning Committee expects the conference to be rescheduled for the Fall of 2022 and will make an announcement as soon as that date has been finalized.  

• Individual Registrations:  All individual registrations (early-bird, government, and student) made through the Eventbrite website will have refunds initiated with in the next 7-10 days. 
• Exhibitor and Sponsors:  The Conference Committee will reach out to the Exhibitors and Sponsors regarding their desire for a refund or postponing registration until the next conference. 
• Hotel Reservations:  The Conference Committee has notified the partner hotel (Courtyard Uptown) that the event is being postponed, but please confirm you cancellation directly with them if you reserved a room.
