Robert "Ty" Hawkins, CHMM - Mr. Hawkins serves as the Department Manager for Environmental Services with over 20 years of experience including project and risk management. His experience includes managing portfolio-level due diligence for transactions exceeding $250MM and serving as client liaison to support cost estimation and risk management. He is also responsible for managing and conducting environmental and property condition assessments, environmental compliance consultation and report, facility decommissioning, mold, asbestos, and radon assessments, industrial hygiene, contaminant assessment and remediation, and vapor intrusion assessments. Mr. Hawkins received his B.S. in Environmental Science from Lander University.

Kevin Morgan, P.E. - Mr. Morgan is the Geotechnical Group Lead in BLE's Columbia, SC office.  He is responsible for coordinating and managing projects and staff for all geotechnical-related projects out of the office and acts as the oversight professional engineer for the soils and concrete laboratory for the Columbia office.  With over 10 years of experience, Mr. Morgan has worked in construction materials testing and monitoring geotechnical engineering, and project management. He has completed geotechnical engineering projects across the country and the world extending to Thailand, Africa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Mr. Morgan has an M.S. in Applied Engineering Management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University  and is a registered Professional Engineer. He is also a board member for the Midlands Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in Columbia, SC.
