Brian Stumph is the South Carolina Operations Manager for United Infrastructure Group. Brian is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi.  He has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. Brian's experience encompasses most aspects of heavy civil construction. In his current role he oversees numerous design-build and bid-build transportation projects. Brian is originally from Mississippi.  He and his wife, Paige, have three children. His daughter Emma Grace will be a senior at Ole Miss.  He has twin boys, Cole and Sam, that will be seniors in high school. Brian enjoys watching his boys play baseball and football, outdoor activities, DIY project and firing up the grill. 

Calin Owens is the Senior Mobility Coordinator for the City of Greenville and has served in this role since 2019. He graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor's in Landscape Architecture, and spent the early part of his career in the private sector working on Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Planning, and GIS projects. He is married with three children, and enjoys being outdoors and being a dad.
