Dr. Alan J. Lutenegger, P.E., Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Massachusetts

Gary Seider, P.E., of Chance Civil Construction, Centralia, Missouri

Derek Simpson, P.E., Michael Cronenberger, P.E., and Paul Yingling, P.E., of Helical Drilling, Braintree, Massachusetts

Matt Conte P.E., Conte Company LLC, Norwalk, Connecticut
