ASCE Spring Seminar 2018
The Dayton Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers is hosting its Spring Seminar. Highlights of this year’s seminar includes: Concrete and Asphalt, as well as construction utility issues.
Three Engineering Professional Development Hours will be earned by attending this seminar.
Who Should Attend: Construction inspectors, project managers & engineers, supervisors, and anyone interested in learning more about professional issues in civil engineering.

Darren Owens, Director of Public Works, City of Lebanon
Darren has worked in the public sector for 22 years, 7 years with the City of Oxford and 15 years with the City of Lebanon where he is currently the Director of Public Works. He is a graduate of Cincinnati Technical College with an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology and the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Ohio and is the Chair of the Ohio Designer, Engineer, Government Entity, Utility Partnership (ODEGEUP).
