This page includes information and several ideas for obtaining hours while working remotely.
For other PDH hours outside of the ASCE website, make sure to verify that they meet Ohio's continuing education requirements. Check the State's requirements here: https://www.peps.ohio.gov/IndividualLicensing/ContinuingEd.aspx
Please be mindful of true correspondence courses. Only six hours per renewal period are allowed in Ohio.

Ohio LTAP - Local Technical Assistance Program
Visit the LTAP Website for more information and access to courses. Many free and paid webinars are available.
Ohio Ethics Commission
Their online courses can count toward general CPD requirements as long as it is beneficial to an Engineer or Surveyor's job, such as those who work with government agencies in Ohio.
The Commission also has a convenient Ethics Training Online option that is free for public servants and available on-demand. The course also fulfulls the Govenor's annual Ethics Law training requirement for state officials and employees, and is approved for one hour of general Continuing Legal Education (CLE) for attorneys.
Monthly live webinars are available to anyone in public service (state and local governments).

ACEC Ohio - American Council of Engineering Companies

More PHD Ideas - Other State Resources
Visit other State Engineering Board websites for states that pre-approve courses to look for lists of acceptable courses (Florida and North Carolina for example). Generally, if other states accept courses for education credit, Ohio will as well.
