14th Annual Pick Up the Parks Event
On April 20, 2024 (9am-12noon), we will be volunteering at Ontario Beach Park as we help clean up the parks from the winter accumulation of trash and debris, reduce littering entering our local waterways and help get the parks looking great for spring and summer.
Specific tasks include: picking up trash/litter and/or loading up trucks to take trash off-site, raking/pickup up debris (leaves/sticks and rocks), sweeping shelter and lodge areas and hard surfaces and mulching and weeding.
This is a rain or shine event. Unless extreme weather occurs, the event will not be postponed by Monroe County.
