ASCE FRV December Meeting - Gulfstream Aerospace MRO Facility Tour
Please see the below detailed meeting information for our December meeting. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, December 17 at 4:00p. It will consist of a tour of the recently completed MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) facility constructed by Gulfstream Aerospace on the Appleton International Airport campus followed by a presentation and meal at Holiday's Pub & Grill. One PDH will be offered to those who attend.

Event Overview:

Given the need to add capacity to meet the service demands of the growing worldwide fleet, expansion plans have been underway for a couple of years organization wide. A large component of the expansion effort was to add an additional hangar in Appleton, which in turn allows for an additional 50% capacity for aircraft service work in Appleton. The tour and presentation will focus on the recently completed Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facility.

Please bring a pair of safety glasses for the tour. A visitor badge will be issued upon arrival at the facility. No admittance will be allowed without a badge.

From Green Bay (north): Take I-41 south to Exit 138 /WIS-96. Take a right on WIS-96 and head west 2.0 miles to 2 Mile Road/CTH CB. Take a left and head south on 2 Mile Road/CTH CB 0.4 miles. Take a right onto Atlantis Drive and park in the surface lot located to the northeast of the Gulfstream Hangar.
From Oshkosh (south): Take I-41 north to Exit 134A /WIS-441/US-10. Keep left at the fork and take Exit 134B for US-10W/Stevens Point. Travel west 1.3 miles and take a right at the CTH CB exit. Take a right on CTH CB and head north 3.5 miles. Take a left onto Atlantis Drive and park in the surface lot located to the northeast of the Gulfstream Hangar.

Take CTH CB south 3.4 miles. Take a left at W. American Drive and take a right into first driveway to the right after the intersection. Restaurant faces west towards CTH CB.
