Career Building Block Workshop Series - Session 1: Project Management

Earn 1.0 PDH and learn how to become a better leader by practicing with your peers. 

Workshops will provide a learn-by-doing environment to practice and strengthen skills needed to advance into effective management and supervisory positions. 

  • Participate in an interactive workshop by leading a project meeting
  • Mock meetings to include: Project Kickoff/Scope, Project Status, Problem Solving/Strategies, and Project Wrap-up/Lessons Learned
  • Practice examples of effective communication
  • Learn insider tips from experienced guest speakers
