The Delaware Section will be sponsoring a tour of the on-going Christina River Bridge Construction in Wilmington on Thursday, July 26, 2018. The tour will begin at 4:00pm and last approximately 1 hour.  This $28.3 million project will create a new multi-modal crossing of the Christina River to add another access point to Riverfront attractions as well as improve access to US13, I-495 and I-95.  The bridge is unique in that it is the first spliced prestressed bulb-tee girder bridge in Delaware!  

Attendees will receive at least 1.0 PDH for attending. This event is FREE to attend however we ask those interested to RSVP via email to [email protected]. Please RSVP no later than 7/25. Attendees are responsible for bringing their own hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses and closed toe shoes. These items are required! Attendees should park in the parking lot of the Shipyard Shops and then walk into the job trailers.  You can use the address 1200 Justison St., Wilmington, DE to get you to the proper location.
