This $250 million effort was completed this past spring and opened for the new tenants in April. Mr. McAuliffe will review the nature of the work, the complications with the conversion from its former use as the headquarters of the Inquirer, as well as the location of the newspaper printing operations, maintenance of traffic during the work on busy adjacent streets, and related items.
