We are also looking for contributions for door prizes or raffle prizes. We would appreciate any items you would like to donate (goodie bag, gift card, etc.). Your company name would be mentioned when your donated item is presented.
Volunteers are also needed for photographers, putting contest judge, 50/50 raffle ticket sales, and award presentations. Volunteers get their hot dog, soda and BBQ dinner for free!
The deadline for sponsors and golfers is September 6th. We attempt to give sponsors their preference of location for their sign, but these are ultimately assigned in the order that the sponsor checks are received.
And remember, all proceeds from this event fund our annual scholarship, which includes two scholarships, for $1,000 per year for up to four years, to high school students in the Mohawk-Hudson Section pursuing a college education with a major in Civil Engineering.
