ASCE Wisconsin Section Awards
Current status: Not currently accepting nominations. The Section will begin accepting nominations in the spring of 2024 and will announce at that time!
Wisconsin Section Awards recognize civil engineers who advance the profession either through achievement or published papers. These honors exist to award students, younger members, career professionals, projects, and journalists. The nominations window is announced in the spring and closes June 1 of each year. The details for each specific award can be reviewed by clicking on the below link. Nominations for the Section awards are due June 30, 2023.
Section awards are given annually to individual Wisconsin Section ASCE members for achievement in one of the below particular areas. Click on the below area link to view nominations guidelines and application - and nominate a deserving project or colleague today!

- Thomas Walther Distinguished Service Award
- Excellence in Journalism Award
- Individual Merit Awards - with awards categories including Education, Government and Private Practice
- Young Civil Engineer of the Year
- Luther Graef Individual Merit Award for Engineer in Consulting Practice
