Call for Abstracts: 2026 Spring Geotechnical Seminar
The ASCE Geo-Institute Connecticut Valley Chapter is looking for a few more speakers at our annual geotechnical seminar on Friday, April 24, 2026, at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, CT. Do you have a presentation related to related to Environmental Geotechnics, Earth Retaining Structures, Ethics, or case studies from clients about how geotechnical engineers helped (or didn’t help!) your project that you would like to share at the seminar? If so, please fill out this form to let us know about it by March 13th:
No formal paper is required—just a great in-person presentation and a desire to engage with the local geotechnical community.
The Connecticut Valley Chapter of the ASCE Geo-Institute is hosting its 2026 Spring Geotechnical Seminar on a geotechnical engineering topic on Friday, April 24, 2026, at TPC River Highlands, 1 Golf Club Road, Cromwell, CT. Several New York State Professional Development Hours (NYS PDHs) will be offered. To accommodate time for student scholarship recognition and networking, the Chapter has decided to offer this number of NYS PDHs for this year's Seminar.
