The 2025 SEI-CT Structural Engineering Seminar will feature a combination of Professional Presentations and a Student Poster Competition.

Seven (7) professional presentations have been selected and will be delivered throughout the seminar.

Simultaneously, invited student posters will be displayed and evaluated by attending professionals. Each student will also give a brief verbal presentation alongside their poster. Winners will be selected based on the combined quality of their poster and presentation. Top entries will be recognized during an Awards Ceremony at the event.

The call for abstracts for this seminar is closed.

ASCE/SEI Connecticut Chapter (SEI-CT) is pleased to invite practitioners, researchers, educators, and vendors to submit abstracts for presentations at 2025 5th Annual Structural Engineering Seminar.

We are seeking 45-minute in-person presentations (followed by a 15-minute Q&A session) on a wide range of structural engineering topics, with an emphasis on practical solutions and real-world applicability. We welcome submissions from across the structural engineering community and encourage presentations that showcase innovative practices, unique challenges, and applicable research.
